If a longer recording duration is needed, add the extended battery for up to 5.5 hours of motion activation or keep the pen plugged into a USB wall charger for up to 16 hours of footage using a 128GB SD card. When activated, a small blue light will come on, blink a few times and then vanish. The pen is recording at this point, and no light will be visible while footage is being captured.

When finished, press that top button and the light will come back on, blink, and turn off, saving the footage to the SD card and ready for the next usage. If the device runs out of power while being used, the last recording will be saved before fully powering down. Using the USB cable, plug the device into a Windows or Mac computer to download and delete your recordings.
