- If your item is eligible for a return or exchange, select that product
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE FOR REFUND?
- Items must be shipped back within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unopened and in their original packaging, or a minimum 20% restocking fee will be applied.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
All products carry a one-year manufacturer's warranty. You can exchange the product for the same item if it is defective. Defective issues include manufacturing defects, battery issues, or issues deemed defective by a tech support representative.

A: Using the allcam365 Application allows for reviewing of any of the recorded footage without the need to download and back up the files.
Q: Is it possible to watch the footage on a computer?
A: It can be done, but not directly, first footage would need to be saved from the app on your smart device, then once saved the footage can be shared via email, Google Drive, or any other file-sharing program that is accessible on the computer.
Q: Does the camera require an internet connection to record?
A: If the goal is to have a camera record, but not connect it to the internet, it can be done using the camera's wireless p2p connection. This will allow for access to the camera from your smartphone when close by without internet access.
Q: How do you access the settings for the camera?

Q: Does the WiFi Router Spy Camera With Built-In Memory record audio?
A: No
Q: Does this product work with 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz?
A: It connects to the internet on a 2.4Ghz band. If you do not have a 2.4Ghz signal available at home, you will need to enable it for setup.
Q: Does it have night vision?
A: There is no night vision for the device, but it does offer a low-lux camera capable of recording in darker environments.
