Refund or Exchange Items Within 30 Days of Purchase

If you need to return a product or exchange a product. Please call or email us to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. The RMA# needs to be written in black marker on the front/outside of the package. If a package arrives without an RMA#, the package may be refused by our shipping department.

Returned Damaged Product or Missing Accessories is Subject to a 20% Restocking Fee

All returns or exchanges that we receive that are damaged, obvious use, scratched or missing items (such as missing/damaged parts, manuals, original box, etc) will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

No Refunds on the Following Items

  1. does not offer refunds for 2 Day shipping, Overnight shipping or Saturday priority shipping due to weather delays this includes natural disasters, incorrect addresses, change of address requests or change of delivery date by the client. 
  2. We do not offer refunds on any priority shipping if you are requesting a refund for your merchandise, this includes 2 Day shipping, Overnight shipping and Saturday priority shipping.

Return Process

  1. Within 30 days of purchase, we will be happy to issue a refund or exchange for a different product. does not refund any priority/expedited shipping charges (2-Day, Overnight, Saturday Priority Shipping)

  3. You will receive an RMA #. We will email you a UPS return label on us.
  4. Once we receive your package your refund will be processed within 48 hours. We will process your return and issue a full refund with no deduction for return shipping after receiving your return of the eligible product.

Exchange Process

  1. Within 30 days of purchase, we will be happy to issue an exchange for the same product or different product because of defects.

  3. You will receive an email with your RMA# and instructions on how to send back your package.
  4. You will receive a second email from UPS with your return label, simply print this label off and place it on your package and drop it off at your local UPS store.
  5. Once we receive your package your exchange will be processed within 48 hours. Orders are shipped UPS ground back to you.
  6. We will not ship out any new replacement product before receiving back your original merchandise.
