Refund or Exchange Items Within 30 Days of Purchase
If you need to Return a product or Exchange a product. Please call or email us to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. The RMA# needs to be written in black marker on the front/outside of the package. If a package arrives without an RMA#, the package may be refused by our shipping department.
Returned Damaged Product or Missing Accessories is Subject to a 20% Restocking Fee
All returns or exchanges that we receive that are damaged, obvious use, scratched or missing items (such as missing/damaged parts, manuals, original box, etc) will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
