HOW DO I RETURN?

- Provide your order number and/or email address to start
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines, and a shipping label
WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE?
- Items that are damaged or tampered with
- Bug Detectors and Counter Surveillance Products
- Android Recovery Stick, iPhone Recovery Stick
- GPS Trackers, GPS Service Plans, GPS Activations, or Accessories
- Standard and Priority Overnight Shipping and 2-Day Shipping
WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE FOR REFUND?
- Items must be shipped back within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unopened and in their original packaging, or a minimum 20% restocking fee will be applied.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
All products carry a one-year manufacturer's warranty. You can exchange the product for the same item if it is defective. Defective issues include manufacturing defects, battery issues, or issues deemed defective by a tech support representative.

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified within 48 business hours by email that the refund has been completed. Refunds can take 7-14 business days to show up in your account.
