GPS Tracker Services
Registering an Account: The email used as the username must be a functional email address. Your tracker will be activated the same business day if the forms are received before 4 PM CST. If your paperwork is received after 4 PM CST, your tracker will be activated by the next business day. We are open from 9 AM to 4 PM CST, Monday through Friday.

Auto-Payment Cycle: Your account will be charged on the day of each month you signed up. The monthly service is paid per month by a credit card. If the charge for your monthly service is declined, the automated system will send an email notification to the email we have on file for your account.
If payment has not been taken within five days of the decline then the tracker will be deactivated. A reactivation fee of $15.00 dollars will be required along with paying for your next month of service at $29.99.
Canceling Service: If you wish to cancel your service, we need to receive your cancellation request on or before the day of the actual subscription date, or the automated system will charge your account for the following month.
Any cancellation request received after you have been billed will be shifted to the next month. Cancellation requests must be written and sent from the email address we have on file to subscriptions.spycentre@gmail.com.
Be sure to include your full name on the account and that you wish to cancel the service. You will receive an email back from us confirming that we have received your email and have added the device to the deactivation list.
Lost Beacons: The monthly subscription will carry over if a tracker is lost or stolen. A new tracker and activation fee must be purchased to continue service.
Account Transfers: Service plans are non-transferable. If you sell your tracker, the buyer cannot use the service under your account. You must cancel your account, and the new owner will need to set up a separate account to activate the GPS tracker.
Signal Loss: SpyCentre Security is not responsible for beacon signal loss due to poor area coverage or beacons being placed in unfavorable conditions that do not receive a satellite signal. The beacon placement is solely the responsibility of the account holder.
Even within a coverage area, factors such as terrain, weather, structures, foliage, signal strength, traffic volumes, service outages, network changes, technical limitations, and placement of your equipment may interfere with actual service, quality, and availability.
Warranty: Devices are covered under a 1 Year Limited Manufactures Warranty. This warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by abuse, misuse, or negligence of the tracker or accessories. SpyCentre Security does not warrant or guarantee the network's availability or any services at any specific time or geographic location or that the services will be provided without interruption.
SpyCentre Security will not be liable to you for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages of any kind, including lost profits (regardless of whether it has been notified such loss may occur) because of any act or omission in its provision of equipment and services.
