Any time you order from an online spy shop, you want to be certain your items will arrive on your doorstep safe and sound. Ordering cutting-edge spy gear usually means you need the equipment in your possession. At the very least, you want your investment to make its way to you with all the features intact.

Don't worry. Your counter surveillance products will be well cared for. When it comes to security cameras, hidden cameras (both body-worn cameras and stationary ones), audio recording devices, bug detectors, GPS trackers, and anything else we carry, we are confident that your purchase will arrive to you on the proper date and in good condition.

FREE SHIPPING ON ANY DOMESTIC ORDER

All orders placed by 4 pm CST Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed during federal holidays will ship the following business day. Orders over $400.00 will require a signature for delivery.

PO BOXES AND MILITARY ADDRESSES

  • FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO, AA, AE), requiring these orders to be shipped by the United States Postal Service.
  • If you would like your package delivered by FedEx Standard Overnight®, FedEx Priority Overnight®, or FedEx 2Day®, you will need to provide a physical shipping address. If one is not provided, your order will be shipped by the United States Postal Service.

  • FedEx Standard Overnight® - Monday-Friday Pickup: Next business day delivery by 4:30 pm to U.S. businesses and 8 pm to residences. Calculated to your destination at checkout. Please note orders shipped on Friday will be delivered on Monday.
  • FedEx Priority Overnight® Monday-Friday Pickup: Next business day delivery by 10:30 am to U.S. businesses, 12:00 pm to most residences, and 4:30 pm or 5 pm to some rural or remote areas. Calculated to your destination at checkout.
  • FedEx Priority Overnight® Saturday Delivery - Friday Pickup: Next business day delivery by 10:30 am to U.S. businesses, 12:00 pm to most residences, and 4:30 pm or 5 pm to some rural or remote areas. Calculated to your destination at checkout.
  • Please Note: All Priority Overnight shipments placed on Friday by 4 pm CST will be delivered the next business day, Saturday (if service is available in postal code), or Monday. All orders placed on Friday after 4 pm CST will be picked up the next business day, Monday, and delivered Tuesday.

    WHAT IS DISCREET SHIPPING?

    Discreet shipping means we will ship your products in a generic FedEx container, blue bubble pack, or white or brown box. Nothing about the contents could be discerned from the outer packaging. To fulfill your privacy needs, the return address will NOT show as SpyCentre Security or SpyCentre.com. The package tag will read P.E Enterprises.

    DELIVERY TIMES

    Delivery times apply to in-stock items. If we must review an order for security reasons or incorrect addresses, it may delay the estimated delivery time.

    ORDER PROCESS

    Orders are normally processed within 24 business hours. Orders are shipped through FedEx and USPS, which allows them to be tracked and insured for damage or loss. If you place an order after 4 PM CST, we will process your order the next business day.

    WHAT DAYS ARE CONSIDERED BUSINESS DAYS?

    We are open for package pickup Monday through Friday. Saturdays, Sundays, and Federal Holidays do not count as business days, and items will not be picked up on those days at our location. All orders placed Friday after 4 pm, Saturday, Sunday, or during National Holidays will be shipped the next business day.
