WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE FOR REFUND?
- Items must be shipped back within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unopened and in their original packaging, or a minimum 20% restocking fee will be applied.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
All products carry a one-year manufacturer's warranty. You can exchange the product for the same item if it is defective. Defective issues include manufacturing defects, battery issues, or issues deemed defective by a tech support representative.

A: Yes, the tissue box camera supports a Micro SD card up to 256GB.
Q: Can you watch the footage stored on the memory card on a computer?
A: Yes, the videos are MP4 format, and you will need to connect the memory card to a computer using a memory card adapter. The best media player we have found, free to download, and works with Windows and Mac systems, is VLC media player.
Q: Do I need WIFI to use the camera?
A: Only if you want to see live footage remotely. The camera is self-contained and stores footage to a memory card, so it is fully capable of functioning on its own without wifi.
Q: Is there a way for the camera to work for longer on a battery?
A: Absolutely, simply connect a USB powerbank to the provided USB cable, and you can increase the battery life to your choosing. The camera comes with a 3.7V 3000mAh battery capable of going for 5 hours, so to increase that time by an additional 10 hours, use a powerbank that offers 6000mAh
Q: How do you set up motion activation?

Q: Does the WIFI Tissue Box Camera record audio?
A: No.
Q: Does this product work with 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz?
A: It connects to the internet on a 2.4Ghz band. If you do not have a 2.4Ghz signal available at home, you will need to enable it for setup.
Q: Is it waterproof?
A: No.
Q: Does it have night vision?
A: The camera does not offer night vision but does offer a low-lux black-and-white mode to see in darker environments.
