This camera is a breeze to get set up. Download the Tuya Smart Application and plug the air purifier into a power outlet. Once the Tuya Smart Application is installed, a guided setup process will take you through the steps to sync the camera online. This procedure is straightforward and only takes a few minutes.

First, connect your phone to the WIFI you want the camera to communicate through, and then the app will generate a QR code. Point this code at the camera's lens, and the security camera will take the information and pair it to the network. It's that simple.

Once the camera is online, go to the settings menu and set up your options like motion-activated or continuous recording, time and date stamp, and select your storage type for a memory card or a subscription-based cloud option.

The camera can be plugged into a USB wall adapter with a rechargeable battery. If help is needed, an FAQ section in the settings menu covers most questions.

HOW DOES THE AIR PURIFIER CAMERA WORK?

This camera is a breeze to get set up. Download the Tuya Smart application and plug the air purifier into a power outlet. Give the camera a minute to boot up, then go to the Tuya Smart application and click "Add a new device," there is no QR code for this device, so click the "No QR code? Add Manually" button on the bottom and select "WIFI camera." From there, you must confirm you have powered the device to go to the next step.

Once at the next prompt, select "Add by WIFI." If you are connected to your home/work WIFI signal, it should automatically prompt you to connect directly to it. If not, input the appropriate information, then hit next. You will be prompted to connect directly to the camera's WIFI signal. Select "Connect to GW_ WIFI," and it should kick you out to your phone's WIFI settings, where you will need to locate and connect to the camera's WIFI signal directly. Once connected, go back to the Tuya Smart application, which should automatically connect to your home/work WIFI connection and allow you access live at any time. This process can take up to 2 minutes to fully connect.

If you are not looking to connect the camera to a WIFI signal, that's fine. You can connect directly to the camera and still have live view access while within the camera's WIFI signal range, allowing for a P2P connection at that point. Keep in mind that once you have left the camera's vicinity while in this mode, you will no longer be able to view it remotely using this process.
