This heart is hard to beat with it's no pressure on/off operation. With features such as 20 hours of battery, voice activation, background noise reduction, on-the-go playback, and even an adjustable bit rate and gain, this fashionable pendant does so much more than accessorize. Recording customization is incredibly simple and works on both Windows and Mac computers.

Internally is a built-in 8GB memory capable of recording 90 hours, and it can record continuously for 20 hours on a single charge. The covert microphone is fully capable of picking up a conversation at over 40 feet and comes with headphones to listen back directly from the pendant.

On the side of the device is a simple on/off switch. When in the on position, a small LED light will turn on, blink, and then disappear, letting you know the recorder is on and active, capable of 20 hours on a single charge. The built-in microphone is also located near this switch and can pick up a conversation at over 40 feet away.

For customizable settings such as voice activation, time and date stamping, and even background noise cancellation, simply connect the recorder to a Windows or Mac computer and open the programming FACTORY.txt document. You can adjust the sensitivity of the voice activation, how much background noise is reduced, time/date stamping, and even increase the audio quality. When adjusting the background noise cancelation its recommended to test the device for the intended application. In the majority of in person recording, the background noise cancellation will increase the clarity of the conversation, but it is not a recommended feature to activate if the intended usage requires distance since it can cause inconsistent recording.

When finished, switch the device to the off position and either connect it to a Windows or Mac computer or use the provided headphones and headphone controls for playback. All audio is recorded in WAV format and can be saved and downloaded to the computer.

A: We recommend VLC Media Player, a free download from the internet.

Q: Does this unit have voice-activation? Does it increase the battery life?
A: It does not; the voice activation feature does not offer a low battery consumption mode that would increase battery life.

Q: Can recordings be date and time-stamped?
A: Yes, simply click the SET DISK TIME program, and the time and date will sync with the computer

Q: Will the background noise reduction feature increase the sound?
A: The best way to increase tohe sound is to adjust the AGC within the FACTORY.txt file. The background noise reduction feature is best suited for close conversations and will make sounds at a distance muted.

Q: Will the files play on a Mac? I don't have a Windows PC.
A: Yes.

Q: Does the recorder have background noise cancellation?
A: Yes, but it's strongly recommended to only use this feature if the conversation you're recording is nearby
