WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE FOR REFUND?
- Most items are returnable within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unused, in resalable condition, and in their original packaging, or a 20% restocking fee may be applied
- Items sent back without an RMA # are subject to a 40%-60% restocking fee
PRODUCT WARRANTY
All products carry a 1-year manufacturer's warranty and can be exchanged for a different product within the first 30 days of purchase. After 30 days of the initial purchase, you can exchange your product for the same item if you have any issues.

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified within 48 business hours by email that the refund has been completed. Refunds can take 7-14 business days to show up in your account.

A: The best media player we have found, free to download, and works with Windows and Mac systems, is VLC.

A: No, this unit is stand alone meaning it just records to a SD card.
Q: Can the camera be used to record, while charging?
A: yes. But keep in mind that will cut into the devices overall battery life.
Q: How do I set the time and date stamp?
A: Plug the device into your computer with the micro SD card inserted, open the time.txt file once you've located the drive and update the date / time frame within that text document to the accurate then save.
Q: Can I delete storage on the SD card from my phone?
A: No. This camera is stand alone, you will need to plug it into a computer / laptop or remove the SD card to review.
