It takes some time to download; of course, I have a lot of information on my phone, but I did locate what I was looking for.
The amount of data I received blew my mind, was very impressed with the overall product.
Having to root the phone was kinda a pain in the butt, although it was nice to know that it was a 1 time thing. Other then that it worked like a charm.
This was my first time ever using a product like this. Downloading the software was fairly simple but it did take me a little bit to figure out how to turn on the USB debugging, I did end up calling Spycentre and they were able to walk me through it step by step in less than 5 minutes over the phone.
I purchased this in attempt to recover some pictures off of my old phone that had been factory reset, I was able to get a decent amount of my pictures back and even some other information I had on the phone. Considering I never thought I'd see those pictures again I am happy I got something!
