WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE FOR REFUND?
- Most items are returnable within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unused, in resalable condition, and in their original packaging, or a 20% restocking fee may be applied
- Items sent back without an RMA # are subject to a 40%-60% restocking fee
PRODUCT WARRANTY
All products carry a 1-year manufacturer's warranty and can be exchanged for a different product within the first 30 days of purchase. After 30 days of the initial purchase, you can exchange your product for the same item if you have any issues.

Q: How do I move the camera?
A: You can rotate the camera; first, access the live feed and swipe left or right, or tap the playback or menu icon on the bottom right to access the direction controls.
Q: I removed the memory card from the camera and connected it to a computer; why can't I play the files?
A: The footage stored is encrypted for security and can only be played back through the CamSC Pro App.
Q: What's involved with the monthly subscription?
A: Multiple plans are available, starting at $4.49 for the basic monthly plan that covers 14 days of recording. A free trial Plan lets you test-drive the cloud service. There is also a Smart Cloud storage option for analytics integration.
Q: Do I need a different plan for each camera if I have multiple devices?
A: Three device plans are available, starting with the 3-Device Basic Plan at $9.99. If you have four devices for which you want cloud storage, you need another subscription plan to accommodate the additional device.
