- Most items are returnable within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unused, in resalable condition, and in their original packaging, or a 20% restocking fee may be applied

All products carry a 1-year manufacturer's warranty and can be exchanged for a different product within the first 30 days of purchase. After 30 days of the initial purchase, you can exchange your product for the same item if you have any issues.

Q: I'm trying to set up the camera, and I've waited 4 minutes, but I need something to show up on my phone's WIFI, what's going on?
A: This is a hard one to pin down, so first, let's ensure some basics are out of the way. Make sure the device is plugged in for power. Next, check the SD card and ensure it has been formatted and has no data on it. Finally, the device has a reset button. Sometimes, a simple reset can easily get it up and running again.
Q: I can see the camera remotely sometimes; other times, it looks choppy and not smooth. What is going on?
A: We recommend lowering the stream quality to achieve a less choppy video signal. This won't change the recording quality, but in some cases, it can be a quick fix if the data transmission is slow.
Q: I'm trying to set up this camera at a hotel, and there is WIFI, but I can't see the camera on my phone; what can I do?
A: The most common reason would be the way WIFI access is available. Most hotels set up guest WIFI accounts. This doesn't necessarily mean that the camera won't work, but in most cases, if Admin access is not available, this is likely the reason that you can not access your camera on your cell phone.
Q: I set up the camera but don't want to use WIFI. Will it still work?
A: Yes, it will continuously record even off the WIFI.

A: This unit can see roughly 15 feet at night.
