Small, Discreet, and Inconspicuous. The Ultimate Covert Recording Device
Unfortunately this item is no longer available, please check out our new model - USB Flash Drive Voice Recorder with Voice Activation
This ordinary looking thumb drive comes equipped with some not so ordinary features, including a 15 hour recording battery life, 25 day standby battery life, 144 hours of audio storage and a voice activation mode! This voice recorder is able to pickup audio at 40FT in optimal conditions.
How Does The USB Flash Drive Voice Recorder Work?
Voice activated recording has never been easier with our mini spy voice recorder. The "lanyard" ring is actually the on/off/mode switch, and it has a notch in the ring to indicate which position it's in. With the notch pointed out from the thumb drive the device is turned off, and you simply slide the switch to the 3 silver dots to turn on voice activation or slide it to the silver solid line to initiate continuous audio recording.
To download your files onto a computer simply remove the cap off the micro drive recorder and plug it into your PC or Macs' USB port, with no special software required to listen to your files since this device records in an MP3 format. You can highlight as many recordings as you want to pull and place onto the computer's desktop or specific folder.
To charge your covert USB device, simply remove the cap and plug into the USB port of your PC, MAC or any USB wall charger. It'll take 1.5 hours to fully charge the 15 hour record time battery.
Why Choose This Tiny Voice Recorder?
Carrying around a thumb drive is about as common as carrying around a cell phone nowadays, which gives you the flexibility to place this palm-sized voice recorder in many different locations without drawing undue attention. If you’re near a USB power source you can even plug in your voice recorder and record audio at the same time, making this device even more discrete. This is one of the few products on the market that have a true standby mode with an amazing 25 days of standby time. Easy one touch voice activation recording or continuous recording, 144 hours of audio storage and it takes only 1.5 hours for a full recharge.
This tiny device is also downloadable to a MAC or PC, with no specialized software needed to listen to the audio files you gathered. Simply plug the stick in to a USB port and listen to your recordings through standard media players or by using VLC Media Player.

How to Playback and Save Your Recordings on a PC
Warning, this is a very, very sensitive device. Keep that in mind if you are placing it in a location other than your pocket. It can pick up passing cars on your street if placed in a room. Playback is excellent. It looks like a harmless flash drive that will not arouse suspicion. This model does not have a date/time stamp. Overall a great little device
Excellent so far with order taking and shipping and handling. Product I will review upon return as I am overseas travelling.
Well... I got lucky and got more than I was expecting. No one noticed it. It beats using a phone, because if this USB is noticed it can't be traced back to you. My only regret is because what I got was so unbelievable, I wish I would have paid more for the version with the time and date stamp. Thanks Spycentre, and thanks for running out to mail my item after the postal services had come and gone. Now I just need to find out how to get this recording out to the right people anonymously. I'm afraid if I burn a DVD or CD that my IP might be imbedded somehow. Thank you, you have helped protect people and report criminal behavior!
The USB audio drive seems to work well. Saying that, the unit is made of plastic (which isn't necessarily bad) but when you attempt to plug the USB into a computer it is hard to plug in. Unlike metal connectors, the plastic connector isn't as form fitting nor does it slide into its fitting as easily... in fact it needs a little force.
I am very satisfied with my new USB recorder. It’s simple and easy to use. It’s awesome. It’s very discreet too.
