Operation is simple: just insert a microSD card and press the power button to begin recording. The built-in rechargeable battery is engineered for efficiency and can last up to 25 days in motion-activated standby mode thanks to intelligent trigger settings and deep sleep technology. When the camera is not actively recording, it conserves power by entering sleep mode, significantly extending battery life on a single charge. For continuous 24/7 surveillance, the black box camera can also be plugged into a standard power outlet. All footage is captured in crisp 1080P HD video with audio and stored directly onto a memory card with support for up to 256GB. The free mobile app enables short-range WiFi connection within approximately 40 feet, providing live video viewing without live audio and access to camera settings such as motion detection, date and time stamping, and passive infrared mode. While footage cannot currently be downloaded or replayed through the app, users can connect the camera directly to any computer, Windows, or Mac, and be directly connected to any USB-C iPhone or Android device using an OTG cable for convenient mobile playback

HOW DOES THE Z83 ZMAX INTELLIGENT SURVEILLANCE CAMERA WORK?

With only one button, the camera is activated and recording. By default, the camera is set to record upon movement and activate night vision when it becomes dark. Simply insert a micro SD card up to 64GB and tap the button, and you're done. No extra setup is needed to get started, but the Zetta stick camera can be customized for your needs. Using either the downloadable Widget app for Mac or Windows, or the free Cam Widget app for iPhone and Android, you can fine-tune your settings quickly and easily. Set things like time, date stamping, motion trigger sensitivity, video quality, and day/night mode so it can work the way you need it too. 

The max size SD card the camera can utilize is 256GB, but to allow the camera to use this size, it will need to be formatted through the device. This is done by first inserting the SD card, connecting the camera to a wall adapter (won't work on a computer USB port), and then pressing and holding the upgrade key until the red light flashes. Now simply disconnect from the power source, and the formatting is completed, and it will record to larger SD cards. All video files can easily be downloaded to a Mac or Windows computer. Just use your standard media player to preview your files.
